http://www.greengardensgroup.com/welcome/calendar. Generation Water is building a self-motivated workforce of green industry professionals interested in water issues, particularly in the landscape. G3's Pamela Berstler leads hands on in-field and in-class training for the cohorts of young people who are working their way through the Generation Water Program. This session will be held at Occidental College and will include building a sponge garden (rain garden) and rainwater capture in a 2,000 gal cistern. Pamela is joined by several G3 Associates who have completed the G3 training and assist in the instruction of a week-long program such as this.
