Judy Sommers from New Palestine, IN - 03/16/2018 09:44:29

This was my first experience listening to someone talk on this subject of pollinators and how to attract them. Jo Ellen was clear, concise and with the addition of her slideshow, very informative and interesting. I learned so much from her. She's very knowledgeable and answered some interesting questions as well. I would definitely recommend her events to everyone and I look forward to attending her next one!

Attracting the Birds and the Bees

Barb Roark from Greenfield, INDIANA - 03/14/2018 12:42:05

Jo Ellen Meyers Sharp spoke at the Hancock County Public Library at a program in conjunction with the Hancock County Master Gardeners. She is so knowledgeable on her subject matter. Even if you aren't a gardener, you felt you could go and get any of the materials she suggested and you would have success. She stressed the importance of doing things for the pollinators--who knew to leave water for the bees? Her sides showed specific, flowering species of the plants. I think what people enjoyed even more was the question and answer session. You asked it and she could answer it.
