Engaging and pleasing to watch and listen

Lorene is a fabulous speaker with years of gardening, cooking, business-running, and, of course, speaking experience. She cares deeply about her topics and shares them in a format that is easy to follow. She's very kind and encouraging to new gardeners as well

Great Talk

Greg Graves from Seattle, Wa - 02/10/2011 20:55:31

I have worked on the Northwest Horticultural Society's lecture series for 12 years and Lorene is just what I look for in a speaker. Lorene fills the house, she entertains the audience for the full hour and they walk away having learned a great deal. If every speaker could deliver a lecture like Lorene my job would be very easy. I love watching the audience leave with a smile on their face.

Good & Delicious

Debra Prinzing from Seattle, WA - 02/10/2011 13:03:35

Lorene's presentation to the Northwest Horticultural Society last night was awesome and inspiring. "Life is Good & Delicious" challenged us to embrace ornamental edibles, enjoy and savor our gardens, and re-think what a veggie patch might look like. She wove intelligence, humor and wisdom into the evening - and the full-house was enchanted!
