Jo Ellen's updates are always one of my favorite parts of Orchard In Bloom.
She always motivates me to try yet another new plant! Her warmth and knowledge of gardening make her my best reason for attending Orchard each year.

Folksie and Informed

Molly Head from Indianapolis, IN - 04/18/2012 11:22:58

Jo Ellen Meyers Sharp always captivates an audience with her folksie, down-to-earth approach. She combines humor with common sense, and makes people feel ok if they wish to take a rather "relaxed" approach to gardening. Which is me for sure!

Great speaker

Chris Carlson from Indianapolis - 04/17/2012 20:20:56

Jo Ellen is quite knowledgable about all things green and growing and has a great sense of humor. Her presentations are very "comfortable" for the beginner; the experienced gardener will no doubt learn something as well.

NEVER MISS HER TALKS

Pat Brown from Indianapolis, IN 46240 - 03/27/2012 15:14:27

Jo Elleen not only knows her gardening, but presents it in a manner that makes us realize we can all be successful. She also knows how to keep everyone on track in a relaxed way. Her hand-outs are especially helpful for adding more of her info and descriptions. She is an outstanding speaker that I've heard many times. You won't be disappointed!

Enjoyable & Informative

M.J. Frohberg from Indianapolis, IN - 03/05/2012 10:00:47

She is our local garden treasure. I have heard her several times and she always educates while not taking herself or gardening too seriously. She has that bit of whimsy that we all hope to have in our hearts and gardens.
